SparklyHR provides AI-powered human capital assessment and analytics services. Our platform helps individuals and organizations understand personality traits, work styles, and potential through comprehensive assessments.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

All content, features, and functionality of SparklyHR are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

SparklyHR offers subscription-based services with the following terms: cancellation is allowed at any time and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

All subscription payments are non-refundable, subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis depending on your plan, and plan upgrades start immediately while downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.

SparklyHR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page.
