We are excited to share that Sparkly.HR will be at sTARTUp Day in Tartu on January 29–30, 2026—one of the most startup-minded business festivals in the Baltics, bringing together 3000+ startup-minded people and a substantial speaker lineup.
This year is the festival’s 10th edition, and it will take place at the Estonian National Museum (ERM) in Tartu—an excellent venue for two intense days of conversations, deal flow, and practical learning.
Why we’re going
Sparkly.HR is building an advanced HR software platform that assesses personality match for any organization and helps teams select candidates predictively—so future teams are more efficient, last longer, and build a healthier atmosphere.
At sTARTUp Day, our focus is simple:
- Meet potential pilot clients who want a fast, evidence-based view into team dynamics and burnout risk.
- Meet investors who understand that the future of work will be won by teams that can sustain performance—without quietly burning out.
- Learn, compare signals, and pressure-test our positioning in a market full of founders and operators.
sTARTUp Day is designed for exactly this kind of high-density interaction: a strong stage program, hands-on seminars, effective matchmaking, and a demo area that’s purpose-built for discovering new products and partnerships.
What we want to discuss with you in Tartu
If you are a founder, HR lead, or team manager and you recognize any of the below, we should talk:
- “We’re at the edge of burnout.”
- “We have friction, but we can’t pinpoint why.”
- “Hiring is getting riskier, and mis-hires cost too much.”
- “We need stronger team predictability, not more guesswork.”
Sparkly.HR’s pilot approach is designed to surface actionable insights quickly and responsibly—then validate them against your real environment so the outputs become operational, not theoretical.
Let’s meet at sTARTUp Day
If you’ll be in Tartu on Jan 29–30, reach out and propose a time window. We’d like to meet teams who are ready to improve hiring quality, retention, and team atmosphere—measurably.
See you at ERM. (startupday.ee)
